This spec house turned custom in the beach area was developed in the height of covid. This young family was one of several that appreciated our work and was waiting patiently for us to find the right fit. Masks in one hand and sanitizer in the other we planned a perfect house for them within their budget. Which wasn’t easy. They have good taste.
